When Access Maintenance Solutions were first established we were actually called Access Steeplejacks. But over time the services we offered changed, and so we had evolve as a company. This is why we are now known at Access Maintenance Solutions.

One of the services we expanded into was roofing and we now offer various services in this sector.

Structural Cladding

Cladding can enhance the look of any commercial building, along with being robust enough to last the lifetime of the building. However it does require some maintenance. Over time cladding can become battered and the raw metal under the protective coating can become exposed. This can lead to erosion which will inevitably spread.

Access Maintenance can provide a large number of roof and side cladding services, we can in fact offer a complete cladding service from the initial survey all the way through to carrying out the works.

Roof Maintenance and Guttering

Roofs have to take an incredible beating. They are the first line of defence against the elements and the seasons. They have to handle changes in temperature, wind, rain and snow. It is no surprise that roofs occasionally need some maintenance.

Gutters are an incredibly important part of the roofing structure. Water must be controlled and carried away from the roof and building as soon as possible. If there is an interruption or blockage in the gutter system then water will flow where it shouldn’t, and will inevitably go on to create issues.

Cut Edge Corrosion Roofing

Cut edge corrosion is a common occurrence on sheet roofing. The face of the sheeting has been treated to resist weathering, however where the sheeting is cut and the cross section is exposed it is liable to corrode. This can lead to peel back, which exposes more of the metal and the corrosion worsens.

By using a special product we can treat the edge of the metal and prevent extensive corrosion occurring, thus extending the life of your roof, and reducing maintenance work.
