For the last 40 years Access Maintenance Solutions has offered a number of roofing services to businesses across Yorkshire. We have worked with multiple clients, both domestic and commercial, large and small.

We were originally founded as Access Steeplejacks, to represent our origins, but as the nature of the industry evolved so did we. We now offer a complete range of high and difficult access solutions, including various roofing solutions.

Amongst other things Access Maintenance Offers:

• Cladding repair and replacement. Cladding is a cost effective way of protecting any large scale structure. It is cheap, attractive and will easily last as long as the building itself. However, to do so it will need the occasional bit of TLC. It is after all completely exposed to the elements and exists purely to take a beating from them. Access Maintenance are approved cladding installers and can replace defective cladding fixings, replace defective sheets of steel, aluminium, GRP and polycarbonate. We can also re-coat any dull cladding, repair any cladding that has suffered from corrosion and provide an annual cleaning service.
• Roofing and roof maintenance services. Roofs, by their very nature take a lot of abuse from the elements, and are subject to some terrific forces. This is why even the best roofs are quite prone to wear and tear. This is why we always recommend a properly structured maintenance plan. If anything was to happen to your roof it could go on to cause untold damage. But with a service plan in place we will be able to spot any issues before they arise. We can also carry out:

• Cut Edge Corrosion is a common occurrence on roofs in the UK. It happens when the edge of the sheet metal is exposed, and has not had the treatment that the face of the sheeting has, thus is susceptible to corrosion which ultimately leads to delamination and peel back. If cut edge corrosion is not caught and dealt with quickly then it can easily go on to create leaks into the building. Typically cut edge corrosion is not covered under guarantees or insurance. We use a specialist material to seal the corrosion, prevent it from getting any worse and to add more water tight protection to your structure.
